Unmatched Efficiency & Sustainability
A Modern Data Center
An always-on, zero grid dependence data center platform integrating advanced energy capture, storage, water, cooling, and fire containment—helping data centers compete with greater agility, resilience, and zero-emission performance in a $297B market and growing.
Powering the Future of Data Centers Zero Grid Dependence
Today's AI and Enterprise HPC workloads need power, water, and storage that never sleep — anywhere, including fully off-grid, remote sites. Critical Grid Agility fuses microgrids, fuel cells, solar, geothermal, and soon next-generation nuclear into a single, zero-grid-capable power platform. Water is captured on site too — recovered from data-center waste heat and drawn straight from the atmosphere — and backed by next-generation battery storage built for round-the-clock reliability. The local power grid and municipal water supply become the fallback — not the dependency. Add proximity to fiber-optic backbone infrastructure, and the same site delivers uninterrupted connectivity, power, water, and storage — all without reliance on the grid.

OUR PRODUCTS
Power Generation
Offering the top renewable and resilient energy generation solutions on the market:
- Photovoltaic Solar— proven, scalable & deploys the fastest
- Fuel Cells— natural gas field modular power always-on
- Geothermal— steady, weather-independent energy - Small Modular Reactors (SMR)— an emerging, high-density nuclear
option for campuses that need firm, carbon-free baseload power at scale as they
grow
Combine any of these into a single microgrid for 20+ years of off-grid power potential — with the flexibility to match your generation mix to your site's climate, land, and load profile.
(Note: SMR nuclear is still moving through licensing and early deployment
industry-wide — framed here as "emerging," not "available
now," to keep the claim accurate.)
Energy Storage
Next-generation battery energy storage systems (BESS) complete the platform: safe, thermally stable, high-efficiency storage that keeps power available around the clock. As demand for reliable, efficient, sustainable energy grows, BESS has moved from optional to essential — a core layer of resilient, on-site infrastructure, not an add-on.
Our platform captures and recovers water from atmospheric streams to reduce make-up water demand and improve site resilience.
Fire Containment
Next-generation BESS completes the platform — but today's dominant lithium-ion chemistry requires dedicated cooling, carries real environmental costs, and remains susceptible to thermal runaway fires. Critical Grid Agility closes that gap with proven fire-containment and thermal-safety engineering for legacy BESS environments, keeping every site upgrade-ready for sodium-ion as it rolls out.
Data Center Cooling
Thermal management built for enterprise HPC and AI compute. Direct-to-chip liquid cooling pulls heat straight off the GPU/CPU using single- or two-phase cold plates, supporting far higher rack density than traditional air cooling. A liquid coolant — typically a water/glycol mix or a dielectric fluid — flows through the cold plates, absorbing heat directly from the chip and carrying it away through a sealed, closed loop; it doesn't evaporate, it just recirculates.
A Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) then transfers that heat to a secondary loop and returns cooled coolant to the plates. This primary loop stays closed and fully recirculating regardless of coolant type. The only place an ongoing water draw can enter the picture is at the facility's heat-rejection stage — if that heat is dumped outdoors through an evaporative cooling tower, exactly the kind of heavy water reliance drawing local scrutiny at data centers today.
Our platform is designed to skip that step entirely: the system stays closed-loop end to end, replenishing any water it needs from our own on-site generation rather than the municipal supply — so you're never competing with the surrounding community for a scarce local resource. To be clear: closed-loop doesn't mean zero water — it means the water this system does use never comes from your community's supply.
Where climate and site allow, that same reclaimed heat can be routed to our onsite thermal capture or to community district heating instead of simply being rejected.
Fiber-Optic Connection: The Only Requirement
Power, water, storage, cooling — with Critical Grid Agility, none of them are things a site needs to already have. They travel with the platform. We don't sell land or fiber — we connect to it, wherever it runs. Grid access, water rights, generation capacity: no longer site-selection gates. The only question left is how close the nearest backbone is.
ABOUT US
WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE
DISRUPTIVE ONSITE INFRASTRUCTURE PLATFORM FOR POWER, WATER, AND RESILIENT STORAGE
The industry's own numbers now confirm the constraint we built for. Hyperscalers are on pace to spend more on physical infrastructure this year than most national budgets — and a growing share of that money is chasing power the grid can't deliver fast enough. That's the gap between announcing a data center and energizing one, and it's the reason so many projects are now measured in years of interconnection queue rather than months of construction. Our platform closes that gap on day one: a campus generates, stores, and manages its own power and water from the start, so the constraint rattling the market never becomes yours.

WHERE TO BUY OUR PRODUCTS
For applications such as data centers, microgrids, or renewable energy systems all self-contained on acquired land:
- Sustainability - Scalability - Off-grid potential - Lower operating cost - Less impact to community - Campus-ready
Power Generation. Choice of fuel cells (natural gas field), solar photovoltaic (PV), and bio-gas are all strong choices for powering critical infrastructure like data centers, where reliability, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability are essential.
- Efficiency and cost-effectiveness - Low maintenance - Energy independence
Water Generation. Atmospheric water generation delivers reliable, on-site water production for data centers, microgrids, and campuses where municipal supply is constrained, DWP permitting is slow, or competing with the community for water is a risk.
- Water independence - Dual capture — air and waste heat - Redundant, buffered supply - Permitting flexibility - No community water dependence
Energy Storage. Next-generation BESS offers the best combination of sustainability, efficiency, and durability, ensuring long-term operational continuity and minimal downtime. - High energy density - Long life cycle - Faster charging and discharging - Higher efficiency - Better thermal stability - Environmentally friendly
Cooling. Direct-to-chip liquid cooling and closed-loop, low-water thermal management support the highest-density AI and HPC racks — without adding to the site's water burden. - High-density support - Low water draw - Heat-reuse ready - Onsite-sourced makeup water
Power, water, storage, and cooling aren't four separate purchases — they're one integrated platform, engineered to run your site with or without the grid.
